A Werewolf-monkey is a TERRIFYING creature. This particular creature lurks in the night with the full moon out. If you come across this creature, RUN LIKE THE WIND! Just run. Don’t make too much noise, keep reading to find out why. This mammal is the most dangerous of rare animals because It can transform into a cute monkey. We are going right into the lives of: The werewolf monkey.

The werewolf monkey feeds on rotten bananas, unlike its normal monkey brother.

If a werewolf monkey eats a very ripe banana, it has a 50-50 % chance of being returned to normal.

On a full moon, this creature will grow more fur, claws, and will become much MUCH stronger. So BEWARE!

There are only a few left in the world. This is good because this is the most dangerous creature in the world!

The Werewolf-monkey has altered senses. He can smell from 20,00km away. He can hear you snore at night. (If you do snore)

He can see like he’s using binoculars! His fur can feel the change in the wind. He can feel you breath. So basically, he can hunt you down like a fish and a cat swimming together.

My year so far in Room 16 by Zeb

My favourite thing about being in Room 16 in 2013 is the people in this class are really nice and fun.

Something I would like to do in term four is play T ball.

Something I would like to do next year is use computers.

My dream jobs would be a writer or a director like George Lucas.

Reading

The best thing about reading so far this year is I get to use Actively learn.

The best thing I read this year was Ozzie Kingsford book. I liked it because I was really funny.

This is my favourite reading blog post Letter to Ken Catran with trailer that I created. I chose it because Dead Harry is one of my favourite suberb books in the world!

This is my favourite reading post from someone else is Inderpreet’s Literacy Circle And Hatchet Assignments. I think it is awesome because It was really cool to read and Inderpreet told me his experience in the literacy circle.

Maths

The best thing about maths so far this year is that there is a fun symbaloo to help me.

I was most proud of learning lots of strategies. I was proud because I didn’t know much before.

This is my favourite maths blog post is my Basic Facts Results that I created. I chose it because I had fun learning how to make a chart on Google Docs.

This is my favourite maths post from someone else is Teva’s post. Multiply. I think it is awesome because last year I had some trouble with 5x. And I think Teva would have really helped.

Writing

The best thing about writing so far this year is I know much more than I did last year and I understand more about writing.

I was most proud of learning how to enjoy writing. I was proud because Before I was in a digi class, I felt like writing was a chore.

This is my favourite writing blog post my Rock Hopping that I created. I chose it because It’s really funny and I like funny.

This is my favourite writing post from someone else is Teva’s The lighting Track Part 1. I think it is awesome because It’s really really interesting, It like sucks you in.

I am really good at Short sharp sentences, punctuation, beginning in the action, strong verbs, humour, typing fast, having fun writing.

I want to get better at Being more intense. (More action)

My favourite part of topic has been science experiments. I enjoyed it because It’s really cool to see what happens.

This is my favourite topic blog post is my How To Survive In The Bush.that I created. I chose it because It took a lot of work but it was really fun.

This is my favourite topic post from someone else is Teva’s My Minecraft Taj Mahal. I think it is awesome because he was the only one who did it this way.

Dear Ken Catran,

My name is Zeb. My class has just finished reading your book Dead Harry. I loved Dead Harry so much that on book character day I dressed up as Sam on the front of the book. Is it Sam or Harry on the book? I really think it’s Sam. Dead Harry is by far one of my favourite book along with Kensuke’s Kingdom, Wonder, Guys Read and well Star Wars books; I am a BIG Star Wars fan. I either want to be a writer, a soccer player or a film maker. If I was a writer I would write children books aged 2 to 8. I would write animal diaries, like dog diary (that’s on my blog), or a chapter book writer just like you. If I was a soccer player I would be an All White. If I was a filmmaker I want to be just like George Lucas. I would also like to be in Team New Zealand for Yachting. I think I have a real talent for driving. I have driven a Optimist Dinghy.

My favorite character in Dead Harry was Harry because he was the source of humour, and the cool stuff he can do. Sam and Harry are like me and my best friend. He is a good writer too. Elias Milton is cool as well. I think it’s cool that he doesn't get stuck as an earth bound spirit. Same with Harry. At the end, can Harry come back and see Sam? That really bugs me. I thought Mr Dombroski was going to be behind all that crimes and murders. But no. It was a shock really. How did you come up with such a twist? It’s brilliant.

My favourite part in the book was the most intense part. This was in the chapter where Sam, Anna and Harry are in the locked cupboard. I knew Sam and Anna was going to be ok, but I didn’t know how. But that’s the point. Sometimes Mr M (that’s my teacher) has to keep on reading because the class won’t let him stop. My other favourite Part was Anna with the POOPA SCOOPA! The class was cracking up about that.

Wildefly Brothers

“It is a venus flytrap,” said Bobjerry.

“No, it is a a a,” said Jerrybob.

“A what,” said Bobjerry.

“A DAISY,” said Jerrybob with a big smile on his face.

“Come on, let us get you tested if you're crazy,” said Bobjerry.

“I am not hallucinating!” said Jerrybob.

“The garden is full of daisies and Fly traps,” said Bobjerry

“I am gonna have to see sooner or later,” said Bobjerry.

Buzzzzzzzz. “Oh, It is just a daisy,” said Bobjerry.

“What about...”

“Jerrybob, JERRYBOB!... oh no.

Bobjerry is flying away, avoiding all the dangers in the garden. The sun sets, the curtains in the houses close. The birds cheep and finally, nightfall comes.

It Rained For 90 Days (Part 1)

It rained for 90 days!

90 days in and not long before houses and schools are evacuated. I just can’t get my head over that stupid scientist Stefano Brookstone who has for sure doomed the world, with his silly idea. In case you didn’t know what his silly idea was, I will tell you. Well it all started when the prime minister accepted the CWAZY scientist. And he believed in something called rain hibernation. Stefano said he can take control of rain hibernation and use it to save the world water.

In his lab Stefano estimated the amount of water that was going to fall once rain hibernation has finished. He estimated about 784 liters! Stefano Brookstone intended to take that water and use it to make pure water for the world. It would save us billions. Then he constructed a machine. It was a machine that sucked up water and released water. Stefano tried to suck up the water in the clouds and BAM! It was rain. And thats how Stefano Brookstone has doomed the world. Yes just like that.

It’s quite sad really that the world is just going to end like that. You would think the world is going to end in like a planet crashing into earth or a zombie apocalypse. Maybe the moon falling to earth or or an alien attack. But now, just rain. Rain will end the world. Yep. Rain -_- Well on the bright side, everyone has a pool in their backyard. Ha ha ha lol. No. Ok... Awkward... I’ve ran out of things to say. TO THE FLOODED BAT CAVE! 

No really it’s flooded.

Well, I don’t get that when I’m out here doing this, you're in my head telling me to use the force. But really that is pretty easy. Don’t forget I’m eating pie. Well then shut ya piehole, you're making me hungry. Ok What did I say? You said SHH... Ok... Good now I can make the jumps now without my conscience bugging me. BUTT :) SHUT YA PIEHOLE! Oh great just great. Is it Yoda?... NO!... It’s a big rock thingy that I have to run up. Use the force Zeb.  I don’t even care anymore. Up up up up up. Oh, One more time. Up up up up up. Yes, I’m up. Woohoo! I feel like I’m on Mount Everest! But you're not. I hope you have a biiig sleep in tomorrow. Well in that case, I will set my alarm a 7.ooam I made a new song in my head. It’s called You Make Me Rage! Man, this is fun. But the one thing that isn't fun is you 0b1. I’m glad to be of your help Zeb. Hey look over there it’s a hut and look there, It’s a cave with a small opening. I’m going in. Yaaa! Hey look there was a bigger opening! Well bad luck. ding. Yay my pie is ready. Stop making pie in my head!

Angry Verb

Diary Of A Wimpy Chimp

It’s Saturday today and I have no one to play with. I mean what is the good of a weekend with no friends! It’s just preposterous.

Dear diary,

It’s Sunday today and I still have no friends to play with.

I might just go for a little stroll in the park. On the way I could run into a friend there. But I HIGHLY doubt it.

So it turns out a walk in the park made me feel worse about myself. It looks like fun on that swing with your friend pushing you. NO just don’t look! Oh well home it is I guess.

Well I really did run into somebody. Well he ran into me I should say. But he said sorry when I wasn't watching where I was going. I have a little bump on the head. But it wasn't much. I am still shocked that he said sorry to ME. So here I am sitting next to a FRIEND. His name is Hugh, Hugh Jape. Say hi Hugh. Hi!

Don’t those joggers look like they are having fun. ;)

Oh no! It’s Buster Nose. Last time I seen him he said he was going to bust my nose. WOW! I've never seen-> something so amazing. Hugh Jape just stood up to Buster Nose! Hugh Jape is so humongous! Why do you have to right EVERYTHING in this book?  Because It’s my diary. Oh. Do you want to go to the Zoo? Why not? Ok the Zoo it is! What do you think would happen if the humans put us in the zoo? I don’t know Maybe the humans would take over the world instead of us. Well I was just at the library with Hugh and were meeting up tomorrow at the park! I have just made a friend a good friend.
